How to Get Support

To report incidents or request other service from PSERN please open a ticket in the PSERN Service Request Portal.

If you have entered a ticket and need additional assistance or escalation, during normal business hours, M-F, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM  contact:  Felix Corcoro  at 253-302-8474 or   Alex Rampley at 253-342-2080.  

For support related to radio end-user equipment, radio programming, or accessories, please contact your agency’s designated radio shop or a Motorola-authorized dealer or service center.

For urgent operational issues, please see the PSERN critical incident response information provided separately to request a call-out 24/7. This information can also be found by signing in to access agency resources at Sign In.  If you do not receive a call back from the PSERN on-call technician within 30 minutes of entering your issue, contact Felix Corcoro  at 253-302-8474 or   Alex Rampley at 253-342-2080.
